Hydrogel Update:

Hydrogel plates with dimensions of 80 cm x 40 cm will soon be phased out. System changes and the upcoming renewal of the large UV hardeners have led to this decision. The old dimensions will be replaced by the new hydrogel plates 50 cm x 20 cm. The current sizes well represent the standards of the users.

All material thicknesses are still available at intervals of 1 cm, i.e., 1 cm; 2 cm; 3 cm, etc.

With our water jet cutter, we can precisely cut almost all dimensions with the water jet.
Extensive tests confirmed the excellent tamping properties of our hydrogel slabs and our cut-to-size products.
The dimensions mentioned above are constantly in stock as standard. Need wider tape material, e.g., 22 cm? No problem, please inquire directly… We standardly carry Hydrogel tape rolls in lengths of 30 m (approximately 100 ft) or in lengths of 15 m (approximately 50 ft).
